Tenant Application
Prospective tenants need to complete an application, provide three references, undergo TENANTSCREEN, and attend an interview.

Please print out and complete the Prospective Tenant Instructions and Application (both documents attached in PDF format).  Please mail the completed forms and the application fee to Domus Felicitas, Inc., 1723 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA  19103-3691.
